How Pure Is Our Water?

Our 13-step purification system ensures that your water is 99.99% pure. Our process removes all contaminants including the main culprits in our local water supplies, which is Sodium Hypochlorite (chlorine) and the chlorinated disinfection by-products called Trihalomethanes and total haloacetic. These chemicals and compounds cause many long-term health effects, such as cancer and birth defects.

*Note: There is an extra charge of $1/bottle per flight of stairs if the driver needs to climb up stairs.
A flight of stairs is 10 steps maximum. This fee is waived if there is an elevator. This fee goes to the driver for the extra work.

We deliver every 2 weeks and always on the same day of the week to make it simple for you. We send you an email reminder 2 days before your delivery date. Please call our office for the day of the week that we deliver in your area: 604-339-5040.

We work with our customers to accommodate their delivery needs. Most of our customers have specific locations where they would like us to leave their bottled water in their absence. We make sure to consistently follow your instructions if we can’t deliver while you are present.

We filter the water through a reverse osmosis process, which is great for your health and diabetics. Our process removes all impurities, including lead and other heavy metals. Only the purest tasting water for our customers.

The Himalayan Mineralized Alkaline Water goes through the same initial filtration system, then alkalized, stabilized, and re-mineralized in our proprietary 13 stage process. Bottled at pH 8.8 and 20 mg/L on the alkalinity scale, rich in Himalayan and Canadian sourced minerals, Himalayan Plus is our premium alkaline water.

Yes, we have the 5-gallon BPA-free available upon request.

Our water comes from Metro Vancouver which does not use fluoride to treat the water. However, our filtration process would remove fluoride if it existed in our water.

We are locally owned and operated and very customer-oriented. When you call our customer service, an in-house, friendly local staff will help you. And our water filtration is done in house to ensure consistent quality water. National brands tend to outsource the filtration process, which at times, results in inconsistent quality in the water.
