If the product that you purchased is defective or not performing up to standards, then let us know and we’ll be happy to replace it or provide you with a full refund within 30 days of you receiving the product.  We’ll pay for the return shipping.

You have 30 days from the date you received your product to request a replacement or return an item .  In the case of a return, we will refund the item after you have returned it and we have received it.
